We offer a flat shipping rate of Rs. 99 for all orders within Pakistan. This rate applies regardless of the size or weight of your order.

Delivery Times

Custom and Made-to-Order Products: For custom or made-to-order items, please allow 8-10 business days for shipping. We take great care in crafting your products, and this timeframe ensures that we meet your expectations.
In-Stock Products: If your order contains in-stock items, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days after dispatch.
Sale Periods and Promotions: During sales or promotional periods, delivery times may be longer than usual due to high order volumes. We appreciate your patience during these busy times.

Tracking Your Order

All orders are shipped with a Leopards Courier tracking number. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking information, allowing you to track your package in real-time.

Payment Options

For local orders within Pakistan, we offer several payment options:

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused Khussas or Juttis within 7 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process: Contact us to initiate a return. We’ll provide you with return instructions, including the return address. Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 3-4 business days.
Refunds: After your return is processed, you will receive a notification email. Refunds are typically credited to your original payment method within 1-2 business days after the return is completed.
